There are many points of entry into labour politics.That is the nature of advanced capitalism. Labour has become first nature and our existence demands that we participate in its politics. Yet this 'we' is overwhelmingly singular.

Representation is exclusive, marking difference invisible or incomprehensible though the lens of the dominant culture. The knowledge of a reduce and individualised subjectivity is being produced elsewhere, sold back to us, transformed beyond any reconcilable image of our own realities.

勞動政治有許多介入的方法。這就是先進資本主義的本質。當我們參與政治時，工黨已成為最自然以及我們生存需求的存在。然而，這個‘我們’壓倒性的單數。儘管是主流文化的視角，表徵是獨一無二的，標示著無形或難以理解的差異。縮減及主觀個性化的知識正在他出生產後販賣給我們，知識的轉變超出了我們自己現實中任何可調和的影像。

overwhelmingly 本身的意思是「(力量或程度上)非常非常強大的」，或是「大到叫人無法抗拒的」，或是指「數目很大的」。 

reconcile: to find a way in which two situation or beliefs that are opposed to each other can agree and exist together
